All online purchases are final. The guest MUST present a valid form of ID at the Ticket window or Guest Services to receive a ticket. All snowsports programs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4-Pack Redemption
- Ski Tickets: Adults & Juniors: Please follow the instructions on your confirmation 4-Pack email. Tickets must be redeemed online.
- Snow Tubing: Please follow the instructions on your confirmation 4-Pack email. Tickets must be redeemed online with your choice of session time and date. Your confirmation will have a GIFT CODE valid for 4 tickets that can be used by anyone, all at once, or one at a time. If 4Pack is not redeemed in this process, we can not guarantee a snow tubing ticket if presented in person. Snow Tubing tickets can be picked up at the ticket window or Guest Services 30 minutes prior to your session start time.
Season Passes
All season pass sales are final. Season Passes are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Season Passes are valid from Opening 2026 to end of season 2027.

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased online will be issued and mailed a physical gift card. No refunds. All sales are final.
Inclement Weather
In the event McIntyre Ski Area closes for operations on the day of your purchased ticket, McIntyre Ski Area will honor your ticket for another day during the operating season it is valid for. All sales are final.
