POLICIES & PROCEDURES

If a person calls or submits a form inquiring about an item in our possession, they have 14 days to retrieve it.
Items may be shipped, and a shipping fee may apply. (Not guaranteed)

PLEASE NOTE: Not all lost items are turned in or recovered. Please be patient while we try to locate your lost items.

  • Single gloves, mittens, hats, neck gaiter, & other accessories are held for 48 hours.
  • Ski/ride boots, skis, and snowboards are held until the end of the winter season.
  • Ski poles are held until the end of the winter season.
  • Outerwear items including jackets and snowpants are held for 7 days.
  • Lunch boxes/bags/water bottles are held for 48 hours.
  • Electronic devices, wallets, credit cards, and other sensitive items are securely held until they can be returned to their rightful owner.
  • Backpacks and gym bags are held for 7 days.
