| Our Mom & Tot Program introduces skiing to young children, 3 years old or almost 3 years old. The class is designed to allow a parent to assist the instructor with the child’s learning process. Through games and activities, the instructors facilitate an educational and fun learning environment. Parents are asked not to be on ski equipment until requested by the instructor. Parents should dress in ski clothing and insulated winter boots with good traction. Space for our Mom & Tot Program is limited.
This 5-week program consists of 5 one-hour lessons, with the first 15 minutes of each session allotted for instructor preparation (class organization, student dress and equipment, and class activities).
Classes begin week of January 2, 2008.
Equipment Recommendation: Ski helmet, goggles, cold weather mask, ski gloves or mittens (no fleece or knit mittens), ski socks (no cotton).
