We are proud to welcome Steve Doherty to the McIntyre family as head of our new kitchen. He is an award winning chef that will be supervising all food services here at the ski area. Steve will be well supported by an experienced staff. Our goal is to provide a variety of great food, and we have decided to use local products whenever possible. Our breads, cakes, pastries, and pizza ingredients are just a small sample of the local products we use. |

The all-new menu will include a variety of both new items and updated favorites. Chef Doherty's award-winning Clam Chowder will be featured alongside daily specials like chicken pot pie, breakfast pizza, quiche, and specialty sandwiches. We've brought in new specialty hot dogs from Hoffman's called "Snappy Grillers". They are a favorite of "Don Sarette", and they will be featured in a special we will be calling "Don's Dogs". Even our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are getting an update with a variety of flavored Vermont Peanut Butter Company products. Our goal is to keep the menu fresh and new by choosing the best possible ingredients for all of our foods. |

Snacks and hot beverages are well represented in our new kitchen. Hot chocolate from Ghirardelli and fresh roasted Coffee By Design beans give us the best possible warm ups. Our whoopie pies, cakes, and pastries are all baked locally to ensure the freshest taste possible. We're very excited to offer the best snacks available. |

Our new staff's experience allows us to offer more services to all of our guests. You can call ahead by 2pm and order your food to be prepared before your evening lessons. We know how busy your day can get, and are offering this service save you time and hassle. We will also be happy to offer a customized menu for your party or function. Our kitchen staff will be happy to work with you and provide the food to meet the needs of your group and event.
